Donations & Sponsors

Donations

These are voluntary contributions from individuals or families towards GCAU. The contributions will be utilized as seemed fit by the committee.

1. Individual donation:  $250 - $499 (Gold)

   • 2 free Navratri tickets for guests (any one night).

   • Felicitation from GCAU.

   • Perform Aarti during any one Navaratri Garba event.
     
     

2. Individual donation:  $500 - $999 (Platinum)

   • 2 free Navratri tickets for guests (any one night).

   • Felicitation from GCAU.

   • Perform Aarti during any one Navratri Garba event.

   • Reserved seating at all GCAU events where applicable.

   • Present awards or felicitations on behalf of GCAU.
     
     

3. Individual donation:  $1000 & above (Diamond)

   • 2 free Navratri tickets for guests (all nights).

   • Felicitation from GCAU.

   • Perform Aarti during any one Navratri Garba event.

   • Reserved seating at all GCAU events where applicable.

   • Present awards or felicitations on behalf of GCAU.

   • Free GCAU family membership (following year) *.

   • 2 free Picnic tickets for guests.

   • Represent GCAU to other events (2 free passes to one event). You can choose from one of the events available. Options could include Ekal Vidyalaya concert, Holi festival, India Mela or any other event.

4. Special purpose donation: 

   • For specific donation/sponsorship requests such as food/drinks/accommodation for an event etc. please reach out to the committee members directly.

Sponsorships

These are sponsorships by businesses or organizations who wish to partner with GCAU.

1. Event sponsors: $250 per event

   • The event can be chosen from – Picnic, Navratri – Day1/2/3, Diwali.

   • Business name and logo will be included as a sponsor in all communication regarding the event.

   • Business name and logo will be included as a sponsor in all advertisements posted regarding the event.

   • Dedicated space to put up banner inside the event venue, banner provided by sponsor.

   • 2 free tickets to the event.

2. Annual sponsors: $1000 per annum

   • Business name and logo will be included as a sponsor in all communication to the members for that year.

   • Business name and logo will be included as a sponsor on the GCAU website for that year.

   • Business name and logo will be included as a sponsor in all GCAU event advertisements posted during the year.

   • Dedicated space to put up banner inside every GCAU event venue. Events mentioned as above. Banner to be provided by the sponsor.

   • 2 free tickets to every GCAU event. Events mentioned as above.

   • Felicitation from GCAU.

*GCAU memberships for Non-Gujarati families are based on donations only.
